Return Policy

Most orders should be received within 2-4 days, however, please allow up to 15 days for items to arrive before contacting us. Subscriptions to the Celebrity Angels series will start from the next magazine out in the series (unless requested to start from the current issue), so please allow up to two months for the first publication to arrive.

We hope that all the magazines you purchase will be received in good condition. If you receive a magazine in a damaged condition you should return it to us, along with a request for a replacement.

If you're not completely happy with an item, we'll exchange it or give you a full refund on the item, provided that it's returned to us unused in its original condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

All returns need to be received by us within 14 days of you receiving the item. Four days should be allowed for postage, so please make sure your item is posted within 10 days of receipt. Make sure you get proof of postage from the post office, so that we can still complete your return if it gets lost on its way back to us. You should keep this proof until you've received your refund or replacement. We do not refund the return shipping costs.

If you are thinking of returning an item for a refund or exchange, please contact us first via email before posting the items so we can authorise your return.

Returns should be sent to B Hannah Ltd, 21-24 Bruges Place, Randolph Street, London, NW1 0TF. You must provide your name, address, order number (if possible) and the magazine name.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
